Terms and conditions for using our platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PuntPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PuntPilot is a matched betting platform designed to assist users with analysing betting opportunities and tracking betting-related data.

PuntPilot does not operate as a bookmaker, gambling platform, or financial advisory service.

All calculations, odds, and recommendations are informational only.

You are expected to use your own judgment and discretion when placing bets.

You are expected to double-check all calculations and data provided by the Service before acting on them.

You are expected to understand the risks associated with betting and gambling activities.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age; and
  • Be legally permitted to engage with gambling-related tools in the Commonwealth of Australia.
  • Not be subject to any self-exclusion, wagering ban or gambling intervention program.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if verification or compliance requirements are not met.

4. No Gambling Services Provided

PuntPilot does not:

  • Place bets on behalf of users
  • Provide financial, legal, or gambling advice
  • Guarantee profit or success

Users assume all risk when engaging in betting activities.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with Australian law
  • Ensure your betting activity is legal in your jurisdiction
  • Use the Service responsibly
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require payment. All fees are displayed at the time of purchase.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes applicable taxes.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We will issue a pro-rated refund for any subscription if you:

  • Self-exclude indefinitely from all licensed betting services in Australia using BetStop; and
  • Provide evidence to us that you have done so.

We may change pricing or subscription structure with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, branding, code, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of Dolomite Operations Pty. Ltd.

Users may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or reuse any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • PuntPilot is provided "as-is" and "as-available"
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of betting calculations, odds, or data
  • We are not liable for any loss, including financial loss, arising from use of the Service

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the Service or refunding the paid subscription fee (whichever is lower), as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for misuse, legal compliance, or technical issues.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

We will notify you upon login of a change to the Terms. You agree to check the Terms periodically for updates.

You agree that you will be unable to use the Service if you do not accept the updated Terms.

You agree that if you have a paid subscription, any changes to the Terms will take effect at the commencement of the next billing cycle following the effective date of the changes.

You agree that if you are a free user, any changes to the Terms will take effect immediately following the effective date of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Western Australia. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in Western Australian courts, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use automated scraping, bots, or reverse-engineering tools;
  • Share login credentials;
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to breach security or access unauthorised data.

13. Third Party Services

PuntPilot may reference or integrate with third-party sportsbooks, APIs, or data providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any external service.

Any information or links provided to third-party services are for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dolomite Operations Pty. Ltd. will not be liable for:

  • Financial loss, lost profits, or failed wagering outcomes;
  • Service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or software errors;
  • User reliance on tools, forecasts, or educational content.

Our liability under Australian Consumer Law is limited to the cost of supplying the service again.
